5 out of 5 starsI had a great experience with this Etsy seller! I purchased this bag as a gift for a friend, and when we encountered shipping issues and delays, the seller graciously upgraded my shipment to expedite it, making sure it would arrive in time for a birthday. The craftsmanship of the finished product is also gorgeous, I can’t wait to see what my friend thinks☺️
