5 out of 5 starsmy first order didn't arrive but when I said I was soon to go on holiday the seller posted another one straight away. It is a great rucksack and ideal for travelling.
Shaman responded on Sep 29, 2026
Thanks for the lovely review! The first rucksack clearly left for holiday early, so I'm glad its replacement showed up in time for yours. Have a great trip! 🎒

5 out of 5 starsBag is lovely, customer service was great. There was a delay in the shipping of their shaman labels that were taking a while to arrive so they sent it to me without the label, and I actually like it better without so I'm perfectly pleased with this order!
Shaman responded on Apr 7, 2026
Who knew a missing label could turn into a design upgrade?! I’m glad the bag won you over—and really appreciate your patience while things were a bit slow on our end.
