1st Method:
• Send your image of by contacting us from our Etsy storefront or directly from your order receipt found in your purchase history.
• Simply attach and send the image(s) in the message thread.
2nd Method:
• An email attachment with the file can also be sent to our email address at support@shinerphoto.com
• To help speed up the process: Contact us from the same email used to login to your Etsy account and include your order number in the subject line so that we can link the images to your order
More tips:
• Images can be sent before or after your order is placed
• We accept most file types- JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF files are preferred.

All of our pieces are handmade with care and well worth the wait. Please be advised that expedited shipping speeds up transit times only and does not speed up our processing times found below:
• Ready-to-ship items are processed + shipped in 1 business day. RTS items are shipped out first if ordered with any custom-made items (for U.S Orders only).
• Custom-made items are made to order and processed + shipped within 1 to 5 business days. An item that is “made-to-order” is denoted in the listings detail section
