They are a one size fits all protectors. Simply trim the edges that go over after applying the protectors.

Care instructions
The perks of our products is there is no maintenance to follow up. Simply peel, stick, and go! Check up on your protectors daily to be ready to replace, or order a new pair on time.
While we can't assume all customers have the same foot, it would be hard to say how long a protector can last. Some customers come back monthly or so, some bi-weekly. Some of those customers will purchase a different product for their other shoes, and others the same they previously purchased.

We don't offer a different packaging, but if you request gift wrapping, we can include that!

Where is my tracking?
We've recently updated our shipping policies to make available a tracking option. Please know we ship our items from Canada and we use the best low cost service.
Mistakes and issues can happen regardless of tracking or not. But it is a lot easier to resolve an issue when tracking is provided.
