Frequently asked questions
Why hasn’t my freshie shipped yet?
All freshies have a 1-2 week turn around time as I juggle college full time, having this business, and time for myself (which usually never happens). Freshies are custom made to order and we average at least 60 a week, please keep in mind we have more orders than just yours and we complete orders in the order they come in.
Wholesale availability
We offer wholesale! Please email reneeharris@southerngracecandle.com or send a message here in Etsy with any wholesale inquiries!

We offer bulk pricing on large group or company orders and also have fundraising opportunities for clubs and organizations. Message us for details!
Local Store
Our products are available in store in Texarkana, Texas at Full House Furniture on 7th Street. Donna and Brooke offer a wide variety of candles, wax melts, freshies, and room sprays for your shopping convenience. Message us for the address!
