NOTE: According to Etsy's policy, buyers are responsible for all charges that are applied in their country when they are ordering from abroad. This includes VAT, customs, import taxes etc.

The jewelry is designed and manufactured in Israel by hand and coated with a durable quality 24 karat gold plating or silver.

We give a one-year responsibility for the coating from the purchase date. If you'd like to renew the coating after the warranty expired we'll be glad to recoat it with symbolic cost.

If jewelry is damaged for some reason, you can send it to our studio and we will correct it, please attach the order number and send us a message with all the details about what the damaged that occur and we will contact you.
The repair will cost 10$-15$. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

* Please avoid sea bathing, swimming pools, saunas or steam rooms.

* Better to remove your jewelry when exercising, playing sports, cleaning, gardening or operating heavy machinery, to prevent knocking, scratching or any other damage to the jewelry.

* Do not expose your jewelry perfume or any perfumed cosmetic product.

* Use a soft cloth for cleaning (cloth, specially designed for jewelry, can be purchased in every jewelry shop).

* It is recommended to store the jewelry in dry place and not in the bathroom.

Please make sure that the address you have listed in Etsy is correct - this is the target address.
Packages returned to us, due to a wrong address (or no claim) will be re-shipped with additional shipping costs.

If you change the address before getting your shipping notice - please make sure to update us. If you change the address after shipping notice, please make sure someone at the old address will pick up the package. We cannot be responsible for lost packages due to address change.

If shipping is done to your workspace, hotel or any other public location - Although we will do our best to assist, we cannot be responsible for any delay or lost packages.

At the moment we cannot offer custom orders, we can only offer to make changes in the item's length or size. if you'd like to make such a change, please send us a message with the changes you want and we'll do our best to help with that.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but Length/Size changes in items and sale items cannot be returned.
