Take a look at the new "One of a Kind" section in my shop. My passion is designing new pieces, but I often don't have enough time to do so. If I create something and either don't have the supplies to recreate it or just want it to remain a one of a kind item, it will be listed in this section. When you purchase something from this section, you know that you'll be owning a unique piece that will not be recreated. It's like owning a piece of art. If the piece sells out, that's it. If this section is not showing, that means that all of the pieces are sold out. Once I list more items, it will be visible until the item/s sells out again.

I offer FREE U.S. SHIPPING on every order totaling $35.00 or more. Upgraded Priority shipping is available when you check out and is a flat rate $8.00, and includes insurance of up to $100.00. International First Class shipping is a flat rate $15.00. If you need expedited shipping to international destinations, please contact me for pricing. The current processing times vary between 2-14 business days depending on what you are ordering, as most of my items are custom-made. Many of the pieces in my shop are in my inventory and will be shipped the next business day. Earrings usually have the fastest turn-around time. To get an approximate processing time for your item, please click on the individual item's shipping and policies tab. For an order that has already been placed, please check your receipt for shipping dates.
Love our planet? Go green! If you are purchasing multiple items and would like them gift packaged separately, please message me. Otherwise, they will be gift packaged together in one or two jewelry boxes depending on the quantity and size of your items.

5 out of 5 starsI have quite a few pieces of jewelry in Hematite so when I saw this bracelet I knew I had to have it! And with all of the other Siggy pieces I own, this bracelet DID NOT disappoint! It is stunning! For another look, I plan to wear it with a Mystic Topaz bracelet because the crystals in the middle of the flowers almost resemble Mystic Topaz gemstones which can vary in color but usually have green and purple shades throughout. Wearing two bracelets together give me another option, as I love having more than one way to wear jewelry. Thank you Siggy, for your generosity and for creating such FABULOUS BEAUTIFUL PIECES!

5 out of 5 starsWhat can I say! Another HOME RUN! This necklace looked just like it did in the video. The colors are perfect and will go nicely with an outfit that is a dark green and black. Siggy makes the most beautiful pieces and while there are so many other sellers making crystal jewelry (and those sellers do great work,too), there’s something uniquely different with Siggy’s pieces. They seem to be made of a higher quality metal which I feel is important especially so it will last a lifetime when treated with care. Thanks so much, Siggy! Can’t wait to see what other treasure will come my way. Shipping was ultra fast even though I would have waited longer, as it was no hurry. Packaging was AWESOME and very informative. :)

Custom and personalized orders
Most items can be customized. If you would like a different color, design, length, or larger quantity than is shown on the listing, please contact me and I will do my best to customize your jewelry. I can make matching bracelets, necklaces, earrings and other coordinated pieces for almost every item in my shop. If you don't find what you're looking for, please contact me! I have a huge inventory and not everything is listed. I will also be happy to order any crystal colors, sizes, and cuts that are not currently listed in my shop.
Sizing details
I will be happy to lengthen or shorten most items to fit your needs. Some of the pieces cannot be altered due to their unique design. For most items, this is done free of charge, unless extra stones are required to lengthen the piece.
Care instructions
In order to maintain the high quality of your jewelry, it is recommended that it does not come in direct contact with water, lotion, or perfume. Apply those first, let them dry, and then put on your jewelry. Take your jewelry off before bathing and retiring for the night and store it in a dry environment away from light. Do not immerse in jewelry cleanser. To clean your jewelry, simply wipe with a clean, dry cloth. Shiny silver plated pieces may need occasional polishing.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Your items will be gift packaged together in one or two jewelry boxes. If you are purchasing multiple items as a gift, please include a note to let me know which items should be gift packaged individually. Bridesmaids' gifts will be gift packaged individually or I will supply you with the gift packaging material if you prefer.
If you would like to add a personalized note for the receiver, please include your short message in the notes to seller during the checkout process and I will gladly include a hand written card with the package.
Refunds and Returns
ALL ITEMS: Most of the items in my shop are custom made to order in your specified style and metal finish. If you initiate a return for any reason other than a damaged item or wrong item, you will be responsible for the return shipping as well as a $10.00 shipping and handling/restocking fee. A refund will be issued once an item is returned in its original and unused condition and within the allotted time frame, which is 14 business days from the day that you have received your item.
EARRINGS: Due to sanitary and health reasons, there are NO returns on earrings under any circumstances, unless they are clip on earrings.

I have a design idea. Can you help me bring it to life?
Yes!! I welcome custom orders and would love the opportunity to work with you to design and create the unique piece of jewelry that you envision. Please allow for additional processing time if I need to order specialty settings or stones for your custom piece. Depending on what is being ordered, this may take a few days to a few weeks. I will let you know the approximate time frame.
Are there additional fees for custom orders?
Custom orders may incur an additional cost depending on the number of changes and photo updates you require to make your piece perfect. Each change in design as well as communication can take 30 minutes to a few hours. There are no additional fees for the first two changes and photography updates. For each additional change in the design, including photo updates, there is an additional $10.00 per change fee. No changes can be made after you have approved of the design and the stones have been permanently set.
Am I required to pay a deposit or full payment on custom orders?
A $50.00 non refundable deposit or full payment (whichever is smaller) is required for all custom orders. Once you have approved the final design, your deposit listing will be marked as shipped and a new listing will be created for any remaining balance. Full payment is expected within two weeks of receiving the link for your balance listing. If you have not purchased the listing within that time frame, your custom order will be void and your deposit cannot be applied towards another purchase. I reserve all rights to the design and at this time may choose to list your customized piece as a public listing in my shop.
When I track my parcel, it shows that it has been delivered and I don't see it. What should I do?
U.S. customers, please contact your local USPS carrier. You may want to check with your neighbors to see if it was mistakenly delivered to them. International customers, please check with your local post office. Occasionally, items get held due to customs/taxes.
If your item was delivered to the address given on the receipt as verified by tracking and you do not receive it, I am not responsible for replacing it. Please make sure the address you provide is a secure one and that no one can steal your mail. If you suspect that your items will get stolen or misplaced by others, such as college dorms or a work address, please upgrade your shipping to signature confirmation when you place your order.
What is the best way to reach Siggy?
I strive to answer your questions as quickly as possible. The fastest way to reach me is by sending me an Etsy Convo (Etsy's version of email) as I'm constantly monitoring my Etsy shop for convos, orders, and updating listings.
If you have a question regarding an order, please don't send me a regular email through my Yahoo mail, as the response time will be slower and you will not have an Etsy record of our communications.
