1 out of 5 starsDespite being wrapped with appeared to be an entire tube of saran wrap, one the post on one of the earrings had already detached - it was really obvious that it was terrible, almost nonresistant soldering. I tried to re-solder it because it would not have been worth sending back and the metal did not respond well. I ended up just recycling them.

What is the procedure for non-delivered items?
If the orders don't reach due to the buyers end, you can contact me for shipping it back.In that case new shipping charges will be borne by the buyer.
In case for refund, your refund will exclude shipping charge and other fees like etsy or paypal.
What if I placed the order by mistake or want to cancel it immediately after ordering it?
If you order something and want to cancel it immediately provided the order is not out for delivery.In this case you can ask for refund but etsy and paypal fees will be deducted from the refund.
What if the product comes in a damaged condition?
We make sure our packaging is such that the product reaches to you in the best condition.Howsoever, if it at all it reaches you in a damaged condition,the buyer needs to inform the shop owner immediately (within 3 days) and ship back the item within 15 days of purchase with the shipping cost borne by the buyer.
A new product will be sent within 2 days of receiving the product back.
