If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase/s we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. Orders must be returned to us unused and in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns after 14 days from the delivery date unless the item is faulty. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on general wear and tear, self damaged or lost jewellery. Buyer is responsible for return postage.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on:
Any Earrings unless item/s are faulty or damaged in transit.
Any Engraved items unless faulty or damaged in transit.

We accept exchanges on some of our items. Excluding earrings. Buyer will need to purchase exchange postage from us so we can return your item back to you.

If you are buying as a gift please order in good time. It's recommended at least 3-4 weeks in advance. This is due to your order may be held in international customs and will cause delays. Tracking is always provided with your order.
Please remember once your order has left me and handed over to Royal Mail it is out of my hands and control.

When Placing your order please always check that all your shipping address is correct and up to date. I will always ship to the address provided by you once you have placed an order.
If your order is returned to me due to an incorrect address or for any other reason, You will only be refunded once I receive the item back. Unfortunately I can not issue any refunds before hand.

All jewellery purchased from us comes with 6 months warranty from date of purchase. This warranty covers any faults and repairs but does not cover accidental damage/breakage or water damage. Items covered under warranty will be repaired free of charge.

Clean regularly: Wipe jewellery with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dirt and debris.

Avoid harsh chemicals: Don't use abrasive cleaners or "dip" polishes, as they can damage the gold layer on your gold jewellery.

Store properly: Store each piece separately in a dry cool place, away from direct sunlight to prevent colour change.

Remove before activities: Take off jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising to prevent exposure to moisture and sweat or water damage.

All our jewellery comes with a jewellery cleaning cloth. This will keep your jewellery looking fresh and clean.

Stretch care: Always roll your jewellery over your hand or finger. Stretching can cause your bracelet or ring to snap.

Jewellery safety for children is crucial due to potential choking hazards, especially for under 4 years old. Small parts like beads or charms can be easily swallowed, leading to chocking or other injuries. Jewellery worn too tightly can cause irritation or embedding to your child's skin. Always supervise children wearing jewellery and choose pieces appropriate for their age and developmental stage.

Here at Silversoul Collection I try to keep my prices as low as possible, but my jewellery may increase in price from time to time due to the cost of material increases from my jewellery finding suppliers.
