What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product. For example, can coolers require a minimum of 1 piece, while lanyards have a minimum of 10 pieces.
Custom and personalized orders
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.
We also accept Checks, SCHOOL PURCHASE ORDER and can provide credit if you have good business credit. (Contact us directly)
Can I add my own logo to my order?
Absolutely! Please email SincPromo@gmail.com with your logo, text, or any customization details, and we’ll take care of the rest.
How can I update my artwork or Customization?
You can always reach us with ETSY message. You can also Email/Call us with any questions.
How soon will I get my order?
It depends on the product that you are ordering. Please check the production time and shipping time. We have all products with FREE SHIPPING.
We can also do rush service on your order. Please contact us!
What is your cancellation policy?
We keep our cancellation policy simple. If your order is still in a pending status, it may be canceled. Once an order has been confirmed and moved into pre-production, it can no longer be canceled.
There are limited exceptions. In-stock, non-customized items may be canceled at any time before shipment.
Color Issues?
Due to the volume of orders we process and the variety of production partners we work with, we cannot guarantee an exact Pantone® color match unless a custom color is specifically requested.
For standard color selections, slight shade variations may occur. However, if an item is produced in the incorrect color (for example, receiving pink instead of green), we will gladly replace the product with the correct color.
