Care instructions
Most of what I make is machine washable. I like to not worry too much about my stuff so I make it easy to take care of. If there are special care instructions, they'll be included in the item description.
Why does it take so long to ship my bag. 5-6 days seems like a long time.
Believe it or not, this is a side job for me. I have a steady 40-50 hour work week job and do dice bags in my spare time. Please remember all of my bags are handmade to order. The time listed on the shipping gives me time to make the bag and get it shipped to you. This does not include the time it takes the Post Office to get it to your door. Double check the estimated arrival date before your purchase and keep this in mind when you order if you need it by a specific time. Priority shipping is available, but with an additional fee.
Missing packages
We’ve all been there. Ordered something and have seen the update say delivered, only to be disappointed at the front door by the absence of the package. Everything we ship has a tracking number and we try to ensure to the best of our abilities that the addresses are good. However, once the package begins it’s journey to you, it’s in the hands of the “postal gods” aka the USPS. If your package says “delivered” and you cannot locate it, please contact your local postal branch. They will be able to provide you with more tracking information.
