What is the current turnaround time?
Please read my Shop Announcement for current turnaround times.
Usually turnaround times for all items is 6-8 days for the first proof. Please factor in more days for revision rounds. Once you approve your piece I'll ship within 3-4 days. All custom orders have a 3 week processing time. If you'd like your proof faster please purcahse my RUSH listing. If you'd like it shipped faster please ask me about Priority shipping.
If you require a design that is different from your original I charge an extra $25.00 for design time and rush proof.
Custom frames can take up to 2-3 weeks processing time before shipment.
Can you rush my map design?
Yes! Purchase my 'Rush Proof' listing and I'll have your proof within 24-48hrs. Once you approve I'll ship within 1 day (this does not include Expedited shipping). Can you expedite my shipping?
Yes! I can ship your map 2-day, 4-day or 6-day within the US. For Overnight or Expedited International shipping please contact me first. Contact me about expedited shipping!
Can my guests write on the map?
Yes! I recommend a gel pen or black/silver fine point sharpie, it dries instantly!

Can I change the text and colors on the maps?
Yes! All my maps are completely customized just for you! Choose from my list of colors (or your own custom color) and use your own text. I can add custom icons too!
How do I send you my details?
When you purchase please include all of your details in the "notes to MapsbyAngieLLC" section at checkout. If you have photos, please email them to angie@mapsbyangie.com with your order.
Do you offer any discounts?

Do you offer canvas?
Yes, any of my maps can be printed on gallery wrapped canvas with a 0.75” or 1.5" wooden frame and ready to hang.
What if my item is damaged?
Please send a picture of the damaged map, frame or canvas first. We will discuss options for a replacement.
