I can reserve a product for you if you really want it.
cancellation: please cancel your product before it has been marked as shipped, no costs will be charged. However, once the item has been marked as shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping
I ship with Post NL, DHL or express shipping with DHL Express or Fedex. Orders below €60 will be shipped without tracking. The only way to track it is with my shipping account, so I could update you any time about the progress. Orders over €60 will be shipped with priority mail. It includes track and trace and insurance. You can also choose express shipping when checking out, which is a very reliable shipping method when the item is needed for a specific date (1-2 workdays Europe and 3-8 days rest of the world). For domestic buyers I offer the track and trace shipment. If you want a higher insurance or a faster shipping method on your item you will responsible for any additional charges, please send me a message. Your tracking number will be automatically e-mailed to you after the order is sent out.
After I receive the payment, you can generally expect your item(s) in 1-2 business days if you are a customer from the Netherlands. For European customers shipping generally takes 1-5 days. To the U.S. shipment generally takes 4-12 working days. For other overseas countries it generally takes 5-14 days. Please, keep into account that overseas shipping times are taking longer due to Covid-19 measures and custom clearance, this delay can take currently from 1 week to 8 weeks with priority and standard shipping.
You may also need to pay customs, duties or taxes on your purchase in your jurisdiction. Before purchasing, please be familiar with your countries' import policies. Custom border fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

■ What is my ring size?

Here are some helpful tips to keep your jewelry looking its very best!
Welcome to caring for your jewelry 101
• Basic jewelry tips:
1. Do not shower or go to bed with your jewelry to avoid any damage.
2. Be especially careful to remove jewellery before doing any manual work or excercising.
3. All jewelry should be treated with care in order to prevent any reshaping or damage
4. Household cleaners, or chemicals in makeup, hair products and perfumes can can all tarnish or damage jewelry, so always wear your jewelry last.
5. We think all jewelry benefits from being cleaned and inspected professionally at least once a year, especially delicate items with many accent stones.
6. Always put your jewellery on last when dressing so clothes don’t catch on it
7. When cleaning your jewelry with a soft brush avoid brushing the small accent stones, because you could loosen the stones.
8. When cleaning your Gold or Diamond jewelry mix a small amount of mild dish detergent with warm water . Use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub the jewelry, and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
9. When cleaning Rhodium or Gold plated jewelry gently rub your jewelry by using the velvet pouch or the soft cloth you received.
10. Store your jewelry in the box or pouch that you received, which is a perfect place to keep them.
• How to care for Gold & Diamonds
Mix a small amount of mild dish detergent with warm water in a bowl. Put the jewelry into the bowl and let sit for a few minutes. Use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub the jewelry. Rinse it and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. You can also use the polishing cloth that you got with your order for extra shine.
• How to care for Silver
Silver tarnishes quite quickly when it comes into contact with oxygen or sulfur. Clean your sterling silver jewelry with the cloth you received with your order. Don't rub it too hard. When storing your silver jewelry, use an airtight plastic bag or the velvet bag this will help prevent tarnish while you are not wearing your silver.
• How to care for RHODIUM or Gold PLATED SILVER
Please take into acount that any plated item, will fade with time. By using these tips you can extend the lifespan of yellow/rose gold plated jewelry.
You can gently rub your jewelry by using the velvet pouch or the soft cloth you received. You should only brush gently underneath the main stone in order to remove any dirt. Don't use polishing cloths that are intended for use on uncoated silver or for gold jewelry. Never use any chemicals on your plated items. Your skin pH also affects the plating. Some people perspire stronger than others causing the plating to fade faster.
Under the plating, your item is made of solid sterling silver. Over time it will eventually start to tarnish and will require maintenance. You will have to take care of it just like you would any piece of sterling silver jewelry and polish it with a silver cleaning cloth. You can also take the gold-plated jewelry to a local jeweler where they can replace the gold or rhodium layer. Check with your local jeweler to see what they charge for this service.
• How to care for pearls
Pearls are very soft and need special care and attention. Keep your pearl in a fabric lined box or the velvet pouch.Skin produces acids that can harm your pearls, so if worn regularly pearls should be wiped down with a soft cloth after every wearing. Pearls can be damaged by chemicals and heat.
• How to Safely store your jewelry
Proper jewelry storage is often overlooked. Jewelry should never be tossed into a drawer or on top of a dresser , this can cause permanent damage. Store your jewelry in the box or pouch that you received, which is a perfect place to keep them.

The making of the jewelry piece will take 2 to 3 weeks, before its ready. You will be updated every step of the way. (If you need your order for a special date, please let me know. I will take a look if it is possible to create your order faster).
Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of payment, and funds must be verified before I can ship your items.
You can generally expect your item(s) in 1-2 business days if you are a customer from the Netherlands.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within three days of receipt. Returns are accepted and must be returned within 30 days of receipt of item. Shipping fees are non refundable and buyer pays for return shipping unless the item sold is not as described. All refunds are done immediately upon return.
If there are any issues with a purchase please contact me within 48 hours of receipt, so I can answer any questions in regards to the item or so I can expect the return.
When returning an item, I ask that you to package the jewelry carefully so the item is not damaged in transition. Upon arrival, I will inspect the piece to ensure that it is in its original condition. Items must be unworn.
