What is the normal delivery time to receive my order?
Normal delivery for commissioned oil paintings can range from 5 -7 days, depending on the complexity of the artwork and if there is no delay at the border.
Are you selling oil paintings that are really hand-painted?
Every oil painting I sell is guaranteed to be 100% hand-painted on canvas by me. You can be rest assured that you will only receive magnificent oil paintings that have been painted from scratch by me.
If I order framed oil paintings, will they arrive ready to hang?
Yes, when you order frames for your oil paintings, I carefully stretch each oil painting canvas onto wood stretcher bars and mount the oil painting into the frame. When you receive your shipment, simply take the framed oil paintings out of the box and hang them on your wall.
How do you pack my order so there is no shipping damage?
My extreme attention to detail in packing your order is unparalleled in the art industry. I pack the order very well so that there is no damage during shipping. First, the picture is packed in bubble wrap, then I give cardboard corners and pack it in a cardboard box.
Can you paint custom works of art that are not displayed on your website?
Yes of course, I can paint custom artwork, any size, any style that is not available on my website. I will promptly reply back to you with a no obligation price quotation and an estimate of the delivery time.
Will the oil paintings I receive look the same as the images I see on your website?
Yes, the oil paintings you receive will look the same las the images you see on my website. I guarantee that you will be amazed at your finished masterpiece.
In what style do you paint the works of art?
I paint in several styles, namely: realism, impressionism, modernism, romantism.
How should I take care of paintings?
If the painting is quite young (it is less than a year old), for equal and proper hardening of the oil-paint layer, it is necessary that the painting hangs in a well-lit, often ventilated warm place.
The best cleaning option will be a careful wiping with a velvet or flannel pad or glove on the front side and also on the back side.
Avoid sunlight to the painting, which can cause the paint to darken.
You can not hang a picture in the kitchen next to the stove, and also place it in the immediate vicinity of heating devices and under the air conditioner. Otherwise, microcracks will begin to appear on the canvas.
Do not use water to clean the picture.
