Will I receive a physical product?
No, all our products are digital downloads. Once payment is received the files will be sent.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
Once payment has cleared the Etsy payment system then the files will be sent. If you have any issues receiving the files please contact us through Etsy conversations.
Do you issue refunds & accept returns?
Because all Social Gems products are digital downloads NO refunds will be given, under any circumstances. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is not possible to retrieve or deactivate the product after the sale has been made.
However, if you do come across any issues we would be more than happy to help or answer any questions.
What kind of licence is issued with the products?
Customers who purchase our social media templates, marketing products and ebooks receive single-business commercial and personal use rights.
Customers who purchase our printables receive personal use rights only.
