I can customize a ring in any way you want. Please contact me directly. You can send us the pictures or our products, it is also possible to change the center stone, side stones and materials, If you have any ideas for our products, please let us know. I will be happy to make the ring you want.
Our shop supports customized services, we can make the ring you want for you! Anyone who needs a customized ring can contact me! We will make a customized link for you, and we will provide CAD drawings for you to view before making the ring, and then make the ring after confirmation. Custom orders cannot be refunded once production has begun!

Sizing details
All my rings are standard US size. If you are from UK, Australia, Europe, or anywhere else, please let me know your finger size and I will tell you the corresponding US size.
I can make the ring in any size. If you need a smaller or bigger ring size, please contact me, I can customize it for you!
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the ring after receiving it, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it. Send the package within 7 days of signing for it and provide me with the logistics tracking number! Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Cancellation Policy
Under normal circumstances, I do not accept cancellations. (For undelivered orders) If you encounter any problems, please contact me. If you cancel an order within 24 hours, we will charge $30 as a handling fee for each jewelry. Silver jewelry
If it is a set of 2, it will be charged 30*2=60 USD. Gold jewelry: Each product will be charged 100 USD, if it is a set of 2, it will be charged 100*2=200 USD.
Warranty
We offer a 30-day return policy, if there are any quality problems within 30 days, we are willing to make a new ring for you to replace, you need to return the problematic ring to us. However, if the return is for personal reasons (there is no quality problem with the item), you will need to pay for the handwork fee, restocking fee ($30 per ring) and shipping fee ($25), which will be deducted from your original payment, and other fees will be refunded after receiving the return.
The warranty does not cover: Rings that have lost color due to contact with chemicals (such as cosmetics, detergents, soaps, body sweat).
I don’t accept returns as the following:
1.Full eternity band
2.Ring with engravings
3.Request exceeding the return period
4.Custom ring
5.Ring having been returned and exchanged
6.Ready-to-ship item
7.Ring sized below 3 US and over 9 US
