Every order with us recieves a detailed print proof / draft and is sent directly to the customer via the messaging service.

The only items we DO NOT send for are House Number Signs, Acrylic Wifi Plaques and other items which dont have personalisation such as the 'Staff Only' Door Sign.

PLEASE NOTE; The print proof will be sent generally within 5 days of the final advertised dispatch date (unless agreed upon before purchase). All print proofs that we supply have to be approved 'for print', otherwise we wont print and dispatch your order.

The quicker the proof is confirmed for print, the more quickly your item will be made and dispatched

📩 When Will I Receive My Proof?

Proofs are typically sent after 5 working days from the date of ordering and not before unless agreed in advance. Proof timings can vary and may extend further during busy periods due to current order volumes and workload.

While we always aim to provide proofs as quickly as possible, all artwork is completed in date order for fairness to every customer. Unlike many businesses that charge separately for design work and proofs, we provide artwork proofs free of charge with eligible personalised orders placed with us.

📎 Providing Your Canva Design Link

If you would like us to work directly from your Canva design, please follow the steps below carefully to ensure we can access and prepare your artwork correctly for production.

1️⃣ Open your Canva design and select the ‘Share’ button located in the top-right corner of Canva.

2️⃣ Under the ‘Access Level’ settings, change the permissions to:

✅ Anyone with the link
✅ Can Edit (This step is extremely important)

Please ensure the design is set to Can Edit and not “Can View” or “Can Comment”, otherwise we will not be able to prepare your artwork correctly.

📌 We will only make adjustments required for production purposes and will not alter your main design concept or layout.

3️⃣ Once updated, click ‘Copy

Please send all logos, artwork, wording or Canva links via Etsy Messages only after purchase. Do not email files unless specifically requested, as keeping all communication on Etsy helps prevent lost files or miscommunication.

✅ Recommended files: AI, EPS, SVG, high-res PNG or 300dpi JPEG.

⭐ For black, dark, frosted or mirror materials, vector files (AI, EPS or SVG) must be supplied. Without these, we may be unable to produce your item.

⚠️ Any low-resolution or poor-quality artwork will be printed exactly as supplied. We do not alter, redraw or enhance files unless specifically requested and quoted for separately.

Please avoid sending multiple messages within short periods, as this can sometimes move your conversation further down the Etsy inbox queue and may delay responses further.

We offer a wide range of colours and finishes across our products, however custom colours may still be possible depending on the material, product type and current supplier availability.

If you require a specific shade, brand colour or finish not shown within the listing options, please send us a message via Etsy before ordering where possible. Colour references such as HEX codes, Pantone references or example images are always helpful.

While we will always do our best to help, custom colour requests may occasionally involve additional costs, longer lead times or alternative material recommendations depending on availability.

We stock all colours shown within our colour charts, however some Etsy listings may occasionally not contain every colour option within the dropdown menus.

If the colour you would like is shown on the colour chart but not available to select, please simply choose White from the dropdown and include your required colour choice within the personalisation box or order notes when purchasing.

Your requested colour will then be reflected on your artwork proof before production begins.

For 🇺🇸 USA orders, we ship using a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, meaning all customs charges and import fees are paid in advance by us before dispatch. No additional customs payments should be required on delivery.

For 🇪🇺 European orders, applicable taxes are collected at the point of purchase through Etsy. The relevant IOSS number is electronically applied within our postal system prior to dispatch, meaning no additional import charges should be payable upon arrival.
