Hi, I'm John, and I make custom, wearable 3D-printed cosplay helmets from Pinellas Park, Florida. My creations include Batman, Wolverine, Deadpool, Daredevil, Kidpool, and many more. Each helmet is precisely scaled and custom-fitted to your head measurements, ensuring a perfect fit.
As a proud U.S. Army Veteran with four tours during the OIF and OEF eras, I later earned my Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design. My background includes car wrap design, website and logo design, managing a large-format print shop, and designing signage for multifamily communities.

4 out of 5 starsReally happy with how this Batman mask turned out! The outside looks awesome, and I especially love the mean facial expression — it gives the mask a really intimidating look. It’s lightweight, breathable, and easy to put on and take off thanks to the magnets, which seem surprisingly strong and secure. The only downside is that since it’s 3D printed, the inside feels quite hard and can be a little uncomfortable against the face. Other than that, I’m really happy with the overall look and design. Definitely a great addition to my Batman costume!
