5 out of 5 starsThe seller told me there were some issues with the machinery, so they asked if I wanted a refund or a different figure. They actually gave me a long list to choose from, and I picked Nightmare Freddy. I am very satisfied with the customer service; if it had been another store, they probably would have just thrown in a random figure.
