This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected when you contact me or purchase an item from me through Etsy.com or its related sites and how I use this information.

Information I collect
To fulfil your order you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address and payment information.
You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for example for a customised jewellery order), if you contact me directly.

I use the order information that I collect to fulfill any orders placed through Etsy (including arranging shipping and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

Data retention
When you place an order on Etsy your name, address and email will be stored online by Etsy. Etsy is fully GDPR compliant and your details are safe. I will only ever use your contact details to post a product out to you or contact you regarding your order. After this I will securely hold details of your order for accounting purposes only. It will not be used for any other reason, and I will never share your contact details without your express consent. I generally keep your data for accounting purposes for the following time period: 5 years.

Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
