In your Flow Box you'll find a card with a personal code. Go to app.studiorituale.com, enter the code – and you're done. The app is a so-called PWA (Progressive Web App): It runs directly in the browser but behaves like a native app – full screen, offline mode, no distractions.Important: To ensure the app functions correctly, please add it to your home screen:• iPhone (Safari): Share icon → “Add to Home Screen”• Android (Chrome): Menu (⋮) → “Add to home screen”This takes 10 seconds. In deiner Flow Box findest du eine Karte mit einem persönlichen Code. Gehe auf app.studiorituale.com, gib den Code ein – fertig. Die App ist eine sogenannte PWA (Progressive Web App): Sie läuft direkt im Browser, verhält sich aber wie eine native App – Vollbild, Offline-Modus, keine Ablenkungen.

Wichtig: Damit die App alle Funktionen korrekt ausführt, füge sie bitte zu deinem Startbildschirm hinzu:

PWAs don't require installation from the store, run on any device (phone, tablet, computer), and don't take up any storage space. Most importantly, your notes remain exclusively on your device – they are never shared with third parties. Only anonymous usage statistics (number and duration of sessions) are stored by Studio Rituale to improve the app. You can delete your data and download your notes at any time.

PWAs benötigen keine Installation aus dem Store, laufen auf jedem Gerät (Handy, Tablet, Computer) und verbrauchen keinen Speicherplatz. Das Wichtigste: Deine Notizen bleiben ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät gespeichert – sie werden nie an Dritte weitergegeben. Nur anonyme Nutzungsstatistiken (Anzahl und Länge der Sessions) werden bei Studio Rituale gespeichert, um die App zu verbessern. Du kannst deine Daten jederzeit löschen und Notizen herunterladen.

The app reminds you to activate "Do Not Disturb" mode – but you do it manually. It takes two seconds. After a few days, it becomes a habit. (Fully automatic blocking is not possible for technical reasons.)

Die App erinnert dich daran, den „Nicht stören“-Modus zu aktivieren – aber du machst es manuell. Das dauert zwei Sekunden. Nach ein paar Tagen wird es zur Gewohnheit. (Vollautomatisches Blockieren ist aus technischen Gründen nicht möglich.)

In many cases, yes. On most Android devices, the audio continues to play even if you lock the screen or briefly switch to another app during your session. However, this behavior can vary slightly depending on the device, browser, and power-saving settings.

In vielen Fällen ja. Auf den meisten Android-Geräten läuft der Ton auch dann weiter, wenn du während deiner Session den Bildschirm sperrst oder kurz in eine andere App wechselst. Je nach Gerät, Browser und Energiespareinstellungen kann das Verhalten jedoch leicht unterschiedlich sein.

On iPhones, playback behavior can vary depending on the usage mode. In some cases, playback is stable, while in others it may be interrupted as soon as the app is no longer in the foreground. For the most reliable experience, we recommend leaving the app open throughout your session.

Auf dem iPhone kann sich das Verhalten je nach Nutzungsmodus unterscheiden. In einigen Fällen läuft die Wiedergabe stabil, in anderen kann sie unterbrochen werden, sobald die App nicht mehr im Vordergrund ist. Für die zuverlässigste Nutzung empfehlen wir, die App während der Session geöffnet zu lassen.
