How do I clean my jewellery
If you look after your jewellery in a sensible manner, it will continue to look beautiful for years to come. We recommend silver polishing cloths manufactured. Unfortunately, silver does tarnish and a quick rub with a silver cloth will help prevent this.
Whilst all Studio Sterling Silver pieces come in our signature packaging, these are for gift-giving purposes only, and NOT FOR STORING your jewellery. We recommend storing unworn jewellery inside an airtight bag in your jewellery box to minimize tarnishing, which can occur when it comes into contact with natural elements.
What is the jewellery made from
Our jewellery is handcrafted from 925 sterling silver. As per British regulations, items over a certain weight will be tested for purity and Hallmarked accordingly by the Edinburgh Assay Office. We do not use feature hallmarks, and try to make our hallmarking as discreet as possible to retain the integrity of our designs.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items of jewellery are supplied in a branded gift Fabric Bag.
My Bag are made from Fabric.
Opening hours
I'm based in Newcastle, Tyne and Wear in the UK so times quoted are local.
My normal opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00
I will often respond to messages outside the quoted hours but please be patient if you do not receive a quick response outside these hours.
Dispatch and postage times
For in stock items I do my best to process and post orders within next working day. If you require your item quickly please contact me so I can confirm if I can meet your deadline.
If you're requesting a made to order item please let me know your requirements and any deadlines so I can confirm I can meet your deadlines.
I post using the Post Office and I am dependent on their service times. At busy times, such as Christmas, post can take a little longer. Again if you have a deadline please contact me to be sure I can meet it.
