When will I receive my articles?
Your downloads will be available immediately after purchase. To find the files, you need to log in to Etsy.com on a browser and access Your Account, then Purchases. Once on the Purchases page, you'll find a “Download Files” button. Clicking on it will take you to a page where you can retrieve all the files associated with your purchase. The email receipt you received after payment contains a link to download your purchase if you made the payment as a guest. In some cases, there may be a delay in processing your payment, which may also affect the time it takes for your file to be made available to you.
