Do you ship internationally?
We do, however buyers are required to pay for their own shipping from the US.
How can I get free shipping?
USA customers that purchase items totaling $35 or more, before taxes and shipping, will receive free shipping on their order.
Do you make custom and personalized wrapping paper?
Absolutely, if you don't see something you are looking for, please reach out. We will do our best to create whatever you need!
How is the wrapping paper packaged for shipping?
To prevent damage, all wrapping paper sheets are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy, triangular cardboard tubes.
What is your return policy?
Because our items are custom, print-on-demand products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. If the item arrives damaged or defective, or if there was an error (e.g., wrong design sent), we will reprint the item free of charge.
What should I do if my wrapping paper arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and the shipping tube/packaging. We will gladly arrange for a replacement to be sent out immediately.
