Do you offer physical or digital prints?
We offer both physical and digital prints. Please check the product title and description before purchasing to confirm which format you are ordering.
- Physical prints are professionally printed with archival matte paper and shipped directly to you.
- Digital prints are instant-download files that you can print at home or through a local or online printing service.
Frames are not included unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Is your art original?
Yes! Sugar & Spize is an independent, woman-owned art studio, and every design in our shop is originally illustrated by us. We’re a small two person team passionate about creating colourful, joyful art and having it beautifully printed for your home.
All artwork remains the intellectual property of Sugar & Spize and may not be copied, reproduced, altered, resold, or used commercially without our prior written permission.
Do you do custom prints?
Yes! As a small team, we’re selective about the custom requests we’re able to take on. We currently offer custom color changes and size adjustments to our existing designs for an additional fee.
Custom pricing varies depending on the request, so please get in touch with us before ordering and we’ll be happy to let you know what’s possible.
I am not satisfied with my print. Can I ask for a refund?
As each physical print is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
However, if your print arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production issue, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If something doesn’t look right, please send us a photo of the print along with your order details so we can help.
