5 out of 5 starsAfter my initial item arrived damaged due to the careless handling through international shipping, I messaged Gail about the damage. She immediately sent me a replacement and made sure that it was protected so that the issue wouldn’t happen again. I love the product and Gail was super helpful and made sure that I was happy as a customer. 10/10 highly recommend and will be happy to shop with her again when my other kids reach their 21st birthdays. Thanks so much.!!

5 out of 5 starsProblem that had to be imported to Australia from U.K. There was so much packaging and postal costs were high. I hope you may establish a franchise in Australia, I am sure this mirror could have been made here, and probably so many other things

5 out of 5 starsI ordered this mirror with a red frame and was delighted when it arrived. My order was dealt with efficiently and Gail messaged regularly to keep me informed. Customer service is excellent as well as the product. A very happy customer.

5 out of 5 stars100/10 store! Customer support is SUBLIME! All my little "can we do this or that" were taken care off perfectly, shipping was soooo fast and well packaged and the quality of the prducts... just buy them yourself, you will love them 100%. Hand on heart the best store I have ever dealt with on Etsy, 100% will come back again for more cool stuff!
