I MADE A SPELLING MISTAKE WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER
In order to avoid any errors, I copy and paste the information you provide. If the mistake was done by the seller, I will send you a corrected free replacement of the same item. If the buyer misspelled information, the buyer has to pay for replacement print. Changing to a different name/s does not qualify as a spelling mistake.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT?
Please send me a message with a photos of your damaged item and the packaging. I will send a replacement of the same item.
I GAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT AND THE ORDER IS ALREADY SHIPPED
I'm not responsible for returned/lost/non delivered packages to due to wrong address given at checkout.
If a package is returned back to me, you can pay a reship fee and I will resend it to you. USPS return to sender process can sometimes take upto 2-3 weeks.
If you don't want to wait, you can reorder the item. No free replacements for wrong address orders.
