Return & Cancel Policy
To initiate a return or cancel an order, please contact us.
For cancellations, Please notify us within 24 hours. If more than 24 hours, a restocking fee of $100 will be deducted for each gold ring, and each silver ring will be deducted 30% of total.
Returns unrelated to quality,a labor and material fee of $100 for each k gold ring will be deducted. And 30% of total cost will be deducted for the silver ring.
We are not accept returns as following:

- Ring with engravings.
- Full eternity ring
- Adjusted wedding band.
- Exceeding the return period-14days

Payment Service
We provide flexible payment plans. Contact us to discuss the available options and set up a payment plan that suits your needs. The payment in several installments is up to you. I will start making it when the payment amount exceeds 50% and will ship it out when the payment is full. But the 1st payment needs at least $100.
