Please elaborate on package handling time and shipping time.
We always ship before the shipping deadline that is attached to our listings. We try to ship all items the next business day after you order even if it is earlier than the deadline. Nine out of ten times, we are able to get your item shipped the next day. We go to the Post Office every day of the week from Monday through Friday (and sometimes on Saturdays). We are a small business and certain events will prevent us from doing this sometimes though. Sometimes we close shop for vacations for example, but we still take orders. When this is the case, we will update our lead times on the Etsy site so you will know.
Will my item look exactly like it does in the picture?
All our items are handmade and we use many natural ingredients. Because of this some variability in color, shape, and scent is expected from product to product.
