Depends on our present orders. Best is to PLAN AHEAD. Allow at least 2-3 weeks for us to make custom items. But do ask, we try our best to accomodate!

We need ACCURATE measurements in INCHES. Use a soft (not metal) tape measure. (If you don't have a fabric measuring tape, use a string or piece of yarn. Then, use a ruler to measure the length of string.) Have someone help - here’s how to measure:

- Chest/Bust - Measure all the way around the body, at the fullest part; with bra on.

- Waist - Measure around the body, NATURAL waist line.

- Hips - Measure around the FULLEST part of the body.

- Length - Measure from the base of the center back of the NECK (at the bone) straight down to the finished length, you want dress to be.

Understandably, Custom Orders aren't returnable, that’s why we need accurate measurements, so your dress will fit you perfectly!

- Sleeve - Measure from the base of the back of your neck (at the bone), across shoulder, down to elbow and then bend elbow and keep measuring down to wrist.

- Waist - Measure around your body, NATURAL Wrist line.

- Length - Measure from the base of the center back of your NECK (at the bone) straight down to the finished length, you need shirt to be.

Our shirts are Regular, so if you need Short or Tall, tell us. We want your shirt to fit you perfectly!

Refunds on items with FREE SHIPPING, if returned the item will be refunded minus the original shipping fee to you and a $4 restocking fee.

We offer free shipping on some items, if you feel value of item is worth Priority shipping with insurance to you, you can choose this option, or other mailing options. Sweetgrassndn is not responsible for the loss, delay and damage during transportation as we are not, in any way, involved in the transportation process. However, we are willing to help as much as we can, i.e. tracking.

Please note that colors shown on your monitor may vary from the actual colour of the fabric. If you have the slightest doubt about the actual color, contact us first before purchasing your item. We'll answer promptly.
