What if my order comes damaged?

If your order is damaged, please contact me directly with proof of damage and we can work something out such as a refund or replacement!

What if my order is a gift?

I usually write a little note with every order, if your order is a gift you can either indicate so or add a note when purchasing and I can write a message to the giftee instead!

What if my order never shows up?

Domestic (US) orders for buttons and charms come with tracking numbers while only some international services offer tracking. International shipping may take around 2 months depending on the country (especially with delays due to current events). In the event that your package doesn't show up after it is marked delivered (domestic) or 2-3 months (international), please contact me directly.

Both domestic and international orders of just stickers do not come with tracking. If after 1-2 weeks (domestic) or 3-4 months (international) your letter does not arrive, please contact me directly.

Please make sure your address is correct when you order as I cannot edit this on my end!

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

If an item is damaged upon arrival or missing contact me directly and I can offer a refund, a replacement, or we can talk about other options. In the event that I run out of a button you have ordered before I was able to ship you one, I can refund your order, switch it out with another design, or I can wait to ship your order until I get a restock and I will contact you about this. I do not currently accept exchanges to switch previously ordered items with other products or new variants. If you have any other questions please contact me directly!
