5 out of 5 starsThis seller was wonderful to work with. She sent me a sample of my custom frame, and when I didn’t like the font, she redesigned it exactly how I wanted. I’m so grateful she let me make changes. The finished frame arrived today and looks amazing. My only caution is that the frame covers the entire top phrase on my plate and about half of the state name at the bottom. I didn’t realize that would be an issue, so just keep that in mind. Even with the longer shipping time, I’m very happy with the seller and the final product.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
We gladly accept custom orders. Additional fees may apply. A mockup will be provided before printing for any adjustments.
Due to the nature of custom orders we can not accept refunds or exchanges. If there was an error with your order that was my fault (I am human and do make mistakes) I will correct that and send a new item.

Sizing details
Still unsure about the size? Take the chest measurements of a favorite t-shirt and then compare it with our chart. Get in touch with us if you have additional questions. We're here to help! Returns and exchanges are not available for your items so please make sure to order the correct size.
Shipping Times
Every order receives a receipt from Etsy. On your receipt, you will have a ship by date. That is the date in which your item will be shipped by. That is not the date in which you will receive your item. Shipping time for first class mail is 2-7 business days, Priority Mail is 1-3 business days and Priority Express is 1-2 business days. Please ask me if you need express shipping I will answer you super fast!
Custom and personalized orders
Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Custom Items
After purchasing we will send you the design before printing it for approval within 48 hrs. (Business Days Only), you will be able to review the design and make a modification (2 Times). If no approval is given after 48 hours we will proceed to production without approval.
Note: Extra Revisions have an extra fee of $5 and it will change the delivery date (On system).
Can I print any design on my item?
By submitting a custom design for production, the customer affirms that they own the rights to the design or have obtained proper authorization to use it. The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with copyright laws and regulations.
