Thank you for shopping with me! Because my products are customized and made-to-order, I do not accept returns or exchanges. My production partner and I work hard to ensure that every piece is crafted with care and meets our high standards of quality, so we stand behind our products.

In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue. Please contact me within 30 days of receiving your item with a photo of the damage or defect so that I can initiate the replacement process with my production partner.

If you like a design and want me to change the wording, please let me know and I would be more than happy to tweak any of my products for you! We can talk about it through Etsy messager. :)
