Production Time
All Texans Jewelry styles are carefully handmade in our Sugar Land, Texas Studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order. If you need to meet a certain deadline or need expedited shipping, I may be able to accommodate your request. Please send us a convo.
Lost Packages
For domestic orders: if your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, we can remake your order with payment of a replacement fee. Please note that some packages may require signature confirmation, so please contact your postal service to ensure that they are not holding the package.
For international orders: we are required 45 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks. Insurance claims are time-sensitive. Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipment date.
Custom and personalized orders
We are happy to extend a layaway option to customers that wish to pay in installments. Please contact us if you would like to set up a layaway plan.
All layaway orders are subject to the following:
• A non-refundable deposit of 35%
• The customer is obligated to track payment progress
• Full payment is required before made to order jewelry production can begin
• Full payment is required before items are shipped
• All items purchased through this program are considered the final sale
• Plans showing no payment progress within 6 months are subject to forfeit and items will be taken off hold.
Layaway payments and shipping and rush fees are not eligible for a refund.
