Hago todas mis joyas en mi casa en la hermosa Eugene, Oregon, EE.UU., pero mi pasión por las cuentas comenzó cuando era un niño, visitando a la familia de mi madre en Dinamarca. Encontré una sección en una revista que daba ejemplos de algunos patrones. Me cautivaron. Hice pulseras de cuentas para mi familia y amigos. Unos años más tarde, en otro viaje a Dinamarca, mi tía me pidió que arreglara un collar roto que le había regalado años antes un novio. Lo compró para ella en Groenlandia cuando navegó allí con la Marina Real Danesa. Lo arreglé y, en el proceso, encontré un nuevo patrón sobre el que pude construir. Mi amor por este arte nunca ha flaqueado. Welcome to my shop! I make all of my jewelry in my home in beautiful Eugene, Oregon, USA but my passion for beads started when I was a child, visiting my mom's family in Denmark. I found a section in a magazine that gave examples of a few patterns. I was enthralled by them. I made beaded bracelets for my family and friends. A few years later on another trip to Denmark my aunt asked me to fix a broken necklace that she had been given years before by a boyfriend. He bought it for her in Greenland when he sailed there with the Royal Danish Navy. I fixed it and, in the process, found a new pattern that I was able to build upon. My love for this art has never faltered.
