You need to add a minimum of two inches to collars for a tight fit. It is recommended to add three inches for a snug comfortable fit. More if you would like it to hang. Add an inch to an inch and a half to bracelets. I am happy to help you decide which size is best for you. There is a fee for adjustments.

Anodized aluminum is very easy to take care of, warm water and soap with a gentle brush (toothbrushes work great) and they are good to go.

Yes! I wear one every day and I do not remove it for anything. They are comfortable and don't pinch. I don't even realize I have it on anymore unless I start to play with it. Locks I would recommend not showering with as I am unsure how the mechanics will stand up to the water over time being unable to dry them properly.

Yes! I am allergic to literally everything, I find that I can wear these with no reactions. I have consulted with others with metal allergies as well with the same conclusion.

All of my locks are made of Alloy, over time this can mean the coloring on the metal may change or oxidize. I buy locks that are nickel and lead-free. I double-check with the manufacturers before I offer them. If you run into an issue please let me know.
I do not replace broken or oxidized locks if it has been longer than two weeks. However, I am willing to work with you if you run into a problem later down the road and handle each situation independently depending on what happened.

Shipping delays are not grounds for a refund. I am not in control of the package once it has been passed off to USPS. If a package has not arrived yet please just contact me, and I will see what's going on, but the tracking number will show what I see as well. No refunds are given for delayed shipment. If a package is lost, then I will open an investigation with the post office. No refunds will be offered until the case has been resolved or the package is found.

Custom orders that are beyond the design offered have a minimum $20 added charge. An example is the three-tone Full Persian, I can do 3+ colors but it changes the design making it into a full custom piece. This goes for all listings that go beyond the max colors allowed on the design.

I am happy to do this, I will however need to charge my labor fees to change it. I won't charge for the materials used on the prior finished order. This can be discussed at the time, each design has a different creation time. On average it takes 2-4 hours.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size and it does not fit, I do allow alterations. They start at $25 and will go up depending on how much needs to be added. The buyer is responsible for shipping to and from in these cases.

The fingerprint locks are opened with your fingerprint; they can hold up to 20 different prints. It has an average charge time of 15 days, with it being used 4x a day. These locks do not come with chargers; they take a Micro USB charger. No exchanges will be accepted on these locks.
