Designs are available for download once Etsy clears your payment. Etsy provides instant downloads on all digital products. You will receive an email with a download link or you may go to your account and find your order in your review and purchase history. You are able to download as many times as needed.

Yes, designs may be used on PHYSICAL PRODUCTS that you make for sale, for PERSONAL and SMALL Business use ONLY- Please re-purchase after 100 sales. NO DTF HEAT TRANSFERS or CUP WRAPS are permitted. DIGITAL FILES may not be re-sold in ANY manner- i.e. gifting, uploading, tracing or sharing to websites/Facebook Groups. You may NOT use or share the designs with or on any POD or commercial websites like: Zazzle, Cafepress, Amazon, Society6, Wayfair, Printful, Printify, Alibaba, AliExpress, Zullily, Wish, Temu, etc. without purchasing a separate commercial use license. You can print this digital file for yourself, as a gift, or for SMALL business sales (up to 100), ONLY on physical products YOU MAKE in-house, not uploading to POD sites.

You will receive no physical item on digital listings.

My designs will SPECIFICALLY STATE file type. Many of my designs are for sublimation via heat press, DTG (direct to garment) printers, sublimation transfer paper, sublimation heat transfer vinyl, etc. I also have many SVG files perfect for Cricut Design Space. The file type will be stated in the listing description. Please contact me if you have any difficulties downloading my designs or questions about file type prior to purchasing, as there are no refunds on digital items once they are downloaded. I will do my best to help you with the process.

Per my shop policies, no refunds are offered on digital downloads or custom items. I DO NOT offer refunds for the following: the size wasn't useable, the customer changed their mind, the format isn't listed, the product description or shop policies were not read prior to purchase, or the design will only be used once. Money and my time is spent creating my designs for customers to enjoy. Thank you for understanding the difficulty faced with refunding DIGITAL DOWNLOADS, not physical items.

The answer is technically yes! By using DTG (direct to garment) printers, DTF (direct to film) sublimation transfers, or sublimation heat transfer vinyl, this can successfully be done.

No. You cannot re-sell my designs by placing them on a heat transfer paper or vinyl wrap. The design must be placed on a PHYSICAL PRODUCT that YOU MAKE, (i.e. tshirt, cup, tote bag, garden flag, etc.) Heat transfers and cup wraps are excluded for commercial use or small business use. Personal use only.
