Eric, the owner, is a USAF Airman, Firefighter, and City Police Officer. His lifestyle of public service has but one goal: help people. He amassed a social media following when he started sharing his mental health struggles and intimate details of his life.
In 2020, Eric was activated to support NYS' response to COVID-19 in NYC. While in NYC, he sustained a severe injury, ultimately requiring surgery. A major surgery meant nine months off work, barely leaving the house. This took a tremendous toll on his mental health. However, he continues to triumph through these struggles and shares how he's doing it to empower others to do the same.
Eric founded the ENL Brand & The Comoodity.
The Comoodity, a play on the word community, is part of an advocacy movement focused on bringing awareness to mental health. The ENL Brand is an eCommerce store consisting of custom-designed apparel and home & living products. Think David Rose's store "Apothecary" in Schitt's Creek meets Eric and eCommerce!
The ENL Brand and The Comoodity share the same mission, which consists of 4 main goals:
1) SUPPORT each other through kindness, care, and love.
2) ADVOCATE Humanizing Mental Health.
3) EMPOWER each other to be our most authentic selves.
4) CONNECT society by bridging gaps in our social cultures.
The ENL Brand supports these efforts and allows us to express ourselves through everyday items and clothing while spreading the message.
