My order hasn't turned up within the estimated timeframe on the listing. Can I have a replacement or refund?

This is because the dates you see on the listings are estimated dates calculated by Etsy for your location. Our first solution is to issue a replacement of your order. If this order does not arrive we can issue a refund.
