I hand paint all items myself and all purchases are made to order. Once painted, items need to cure(sit) for 48 hours prior to being heat set and shipped. Items take approximately 5-8 BUSINESS days to process under normal circumstances. Business days are Monday through Friday. During the holiday season (October, November & December) processing time can take up to 10 - 14 business days, so please order early.

Yes, I can personalize any item in my shop.

The size and style of each item is noted in the item description. PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIONS PRIOR TO ORDERING.

All hand painted glass items should be hand washed with a gentle cloth (no harsh scrubber) to preserve the illustrations for years to come. Piggy Banks should be WIPED with a soft cloth.

If you submitted an order and it has not shipped, you can send me a message. I will edit the shipping label to ensure your order is shipped to the correct location. If the item has shipped, it is the customers responsibility to contact USPS with the tracking number provided to see if they can assist you.

Returns are accepted within 5 days of item being delivered to the address listed on the order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once the item is returned, a refund will be provided, MINUS the original shipping costs. There are no returns for personalized items, with the exception of spelling errors ON MY PART, not if the name is spelled incorrectly on the order by the customer. If there is an issue with the order, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the item so that we can work together to resolve the problem.

If an item is returned to me for an incorrect or incomplete address upon placing the order, there will be an additional charge to reship. Please TRIPLE CHECK the shipping address prior to placing the order. I will attempt to contact you by both email and convo through Etsy. If I don't hear from you within 30 days, the item will be placed back into shop inventory or donated to a local charity fundraiser with NO refund to the customer.

During busy holiday times (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas) there will be extended processing times so please ORDER early. My cut-off date will be stated in the Shop Announcements and Shop Banner. For Christmas, it is usually several weeks before, so once again, ORDER EARLY!

Please email or convo me within 12 hours of placing the order if for some reason you need to cancel. I do not accept cancellations after 12 hours. Cancellations will not be accepted due to not understanding the processing time. Please read all processing/shipping times before placing the order.

If the package tracking is marked delivered, there are a few things to do:

USPS:
1. Contact your local post office -obtain the GPS location of where it was delivered.
2. Ask neighbors if they received it in error and ask family members if they placed it somewhere.
3. If it can't be found, fill out a missing mail report on USPS.com. You'll need your name, tracking number and home address. If they need mailing info, it was mailed from Farmington, CT on Main Street.
4. Contact your local police dept./file a missing mail report. Federal mail theft is a serious crime.
