Where is my order?
UK orders are sent via second class (unless you upgrade) which usually takes 3-5 days (without delays). Please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to arrive with the Christmas postal delays, and possibly more time with strikes.
International orders are sent tracked and signed so you can follow the journey, which can take 2-4 weeks to arrive (without delays). Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for orders to arrive with the Christmas postal delays, and possibly more time with strikes or other delays that may occur when shipping internationally.

International Order Tracking
Due to the general size of my parcels, they aren’t big enough to be provided with a tracking number when posted. There will be a postcode receipt to show proof of sending, however if you would like for the order to be trackable, please choose the tracked option for delivery
