What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including any tags and certificates. Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for any returns without any defect or damage. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 6-month warranty on all of our products, covering any defects in materials or workmanship. If your item has a defect or breaks within 6 months of purchase, please contact us and we will repair or replace the item.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Production & Shipping
Upon receiving your order, we will provide you with 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁. Once confirmation is received, the item will be dispatched from our manufacturing unit to international warehouses located in the USA and the UK. All items will be shipped from the United Kingdom, with the exception of orders from the USA, which will be fulfilled locally. For expedited shipping, a $30 fee applies. Items eligible for rush shipping will be sent directly from the manufacturing unit via UPS and are expected to be delivered within 4-7 days, free from custom duties and taxes.
