How do I edit the template?
After the purchase, you will receive an email with a PDF file containing the link to your template. The link will take you to Canva, where you will be asked to create a FREE account. After creating the account, you will be able to change text, colors, fonts, pictures, etc.
What can be edited in the template?
You can edit everything—text, fonts, colors, pictures, sizes, composition. Don't forget to create a copy of the original template before editing!
Do the templates come with the text?
Yes. All my templates come with text. They are ready to be printed and send. The only thing you have to do is to add your contact information! You can change the text if you wish to.
Do I get a discount if I order multiple templates?
Yes. If you want to order 5+ templates, you can get a discount. Please contact me directly.
Why don't you accept returns?
There is no exchange nor return on digital files. You cannot physically return a digital item. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me.
I'm afraid I won't be able to edit the template. do you offer support?
