Like many people during the pandemic, I was laid off from my full time job and found myself on unemployment for the first time in my life. Not soon after, I joined a women's professional networking group (Ladies Get Paid) and binge watched all the classes I could about job searching, career development and, of course, money.

It was through this group I learned about investing in the stock market. Initially hesitant about doing so, I eventually started investing in the stock market to grow the money I was getting.

Doing this changed my personal and professional trajectory for the better.

I've since branched out with my investments and am adding new revenue streams when I can. Not surprisingly, I'm hell bent on discussing money any chance I get (it's our livelihood after all!). I swore to myself I would never rely on a single source of income ever again. So I created an excel spreadsheet full of well researched passive income strategies and thus the Passive Income Planner was born!
