Do you customize/personalize orders from your store?
Currently, the only personalization we offer is when you purchase the gift wrap option on women's jewelry items (add a personalized note up to 70 characters in the area provided).
Do you provide gift ready packaging?
All message card jewelry comes in a standard black gift box. The women's jewelry offers a gift wrapped option as well as a luxury box option for an additional cost. All other items are packaged with care for safe delivery.
Can I send an order directly to the recipient?
Yes. Just put the recipient's name and address on the shipping details at checkout. Make sure to check the box stating it's a gift. All receipts are emailed to you via Esty after your purchase, so make sure to use your own email.
What are the care instructions for your jewelry?
Our recommendation is that you remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, applying lotion or perfume, exercising, washing dishes, and other related activities.
What are the US shipping & delivery times?
Currently, our US shipping/processing times are 3-7 business days. Delivery times are 3-7 business days as well. Please note that holidays and backorders may affect these times.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
We ship internationally to Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. Shipping costs for those locations are calculated at checkout starting at $6.95 USD. Note: shipping costs within the USA start at $4.95 USD.
Where are your items shipped from?
All items ordered from our store are shipped from our production partner in Bristol, PA.
