Is tracking available for my order?
You have the option to select tracking during checkout. Currently, we offer tracking for US and Canada only. If you do not purchase tracking, your order will be sent as regular mail via Canada Post. By purchasing without tracking, you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost in transit.
Can I request a custom order for something that is not in the shop?
Yes! We are currently taking requests for custom stickers. Message us via Etsy or send us a message via Instagram @theprettypinkco for more details.
What if I haven't received my order within the estimated time?
We recommend waiting a few extra days if the items are being shipped outside Canada, since processing times can take a little longer at customs. Please note that if the package has been lost in the mail, we cannot recover it since it is sent through regular mail. We are not held responsible for lost packages, if you prefer to track your order, please see the shipping upgrades at checkout. Please message us if you have not received your order and we will try to work something out with you!
