When I was younger I always seemed to be "That person" that most people came to when they needed to talk, had a problem or simply needed a shoulder when a life changing event shattered their world. Of course this didn't change as I got older. As I got older my compassion and empathy grew with more understanding and I always seemed to find myself trying to find new ways to console people during their darkest hours.
Understanding loss and the void that it leaves, I wanted to create things that mattered to people. Something that they could cling to that would hold their memories dear. Something that could express their deepest love while carrying a piece of that person with them. That is when I started creating personalized memorial keepsakes and cremation jewelry.
I create these accessories for your loved ones passed and for your pets because pets are " Our people, too" Each and every loved one that passes on or crosses the rainbow bridge somehow, someway, made a significant impact on your life. It is in times of loss that some of the most simplest things brings us comfort. Having our loved one close to us helps us in our understanding that they are always with us, even though we may not physically see them with the naked eye.
This is the answer I give people who ask me why I started making personalized memorial and cremation jewelry. I wanted to make jewelry that when a customer receives it, they feel some sort of peace and have something to memorialize their loved one, but feel special that they’re jewelry is one of a kind just like the person they lost. Knowing that the jewelry I make has a special meaning to someone makes my job all the more rewarding.
