Due to the personalized nature of our handcrafted products, we cannot accept returns. If you have an issue with quality, please let us know. If we make an error in spelling or style we will replace your item or issue a refund.
Can I send you my own artwork?
Yes, we do custom engraving. Please send us your artwork in a message to take a look at prior to ordering.
Can I ship my gift directly to recipient?
Absolutely. Please leave a message for your recipient in the note during checkout and we will include it with the package. Don't forget to change the address when you purchase or it will default to your address on file.
