We accept payment by all Etsy methods: credit and debit cards, Etsy gift cards and other international payment methods where available.
You cannot cancel an order once confirmed, though we do accept returns.

Shipping

All of our tiaras and jewellery collections are made by hand to the highest of standards. Each item is thoroughly checked before being shipped. All items are shipped by Royal Mail UK or international post. Ready-made tiaras, jewellery and tiara making supplies are shipped in 1-2 business days. Made-to-order tiaras are shipped in 2 weeks. Please contact us for urgent requests and we will make best efforts to help you.
We do not charge UK VAT. You may be liable for import costs in other countries. Please check with your customs service before you purchase.

Additional policies and FAQs

Wear, Care and Storage.
• Our tiaras are designed using ·Crown· bases that can either sit through the top of the hair or be worn round the head as an alice band. They can be secured by hairgrips, depending on your hairstyle. We find this works even on short hairstyles. Please contact us for further advice on fitting.
• On your big day, avoid getting hairspray and styling products on your tiara - especially those with paper roses. Your hairdresser can help you gently covering the tiara with tissue paper whilst spraying.
• We hope that the sun shines for you - though remember not to get your paper roses wet - they will wilt and dark colours will run.

• We recommend that you store your tiara in the storage box supplied, and keep in a cool, dry and dark place to keep it in top condition for as long as possible. The plated wire can tarnish over time, though if you follow our advice this will be minimised. Please contact us for further advice on cleaning.
