Custom and personalized orders
Yes, we offer personalizations of our products, see what individual listing proposes in dropdown options. If there is no such option but you still want to get personalized product then just contact me to discuss.

How can I track my order?
Once we ship your parcel, we submit tracking number to Etsy. After that Etsy sends you email notification with tack number included.
Having track number you can track parcel using any service for International Postal tracking.

Is it possible to get my order faster with priority shipping?
I can ship it via Fedex or DHL, approximately the price will be 40-60$ for 5 working days. If it is ok for you, please tell me your address and I will request delivery calculations from the company and will create an individual purchase link for you.
Can I cancel the order?
The order can be canceled by customer request within 24 hours of purchase with full refund.
If the cancellation is issued when the item is already made, we refund 30% of the item's cost because of production expenses.
